Dr Andrew Kiridoshi graduated in Medicine from University College London in 2011 and has subsequently completed training in the North West, currently employed full-time by Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust as a Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist in community services.
He also has roles as Associate Clinical Director for Older Adult Services in the Trust and as Undergraduate Tutor for the University of Liverpool. He has experience of working in a variety of clinical settings including in Hospital Mental Health Liaison Teams and has expertise in completing capacity and cognitive assessments as well as assessing and treating the full range of mental disorders. He has publications including recently in the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ textbook, ‘Clinical Topics in Old Age Psychiatry’ on psychosocial interventions in dementia.
